The English Muffin in Hampstead

I ordered the Irish Benedict. The food was hot, however the hash was from a can and you could taste the metal. The hollandaise was bland but added enough moisture to the dry canned hash. All in all for the price $8.95 it wasn't that bad.

Down the path less traveled. Great little diner. Quick and polite service.

Grilled hashbrowns is where it's at, and omelette was super fluffy, staff really nice would definitely go back again

The Balsamic Grilled Chicken Spinach Salad with walnuts, craisins, sliced garden tomatoes, red onions and cucumbers was so fresh and delicious!

Broccoli & Cheddar Omelet arrived piping hot and delicious. Homemade toasted raisin bread was a yummy treat. My side of fruit was chilled and super fresh!! Kudos!! Fantastic breakfast made even better by the sunny attitudes and coffee warm ups of the servers.

When it comes to Saturday or Sunday breakfast, this place can't be beat. After new ownership the tradition of listening to the customers and welcoming everyone into this cozy breakfast eatery makes it the best in Hampstead. Have a grilled corn muffin....with anything. The wait staff is incredible. Ask Lucas to show you his tattoo.

Good place for breakfast. Great options on the menu. Try the home made cornbread in a variety of flavors. Many different breakfast potato options! Yogurt Berry waffle loaded with whipped cream is always a winner! Friendly staff and decent prices.

A Hampstead institution, classic diner style lunch or breakfast all day options. Enough choice to satisfy everyone in the group, hard to screw up the classics.

Locals love this place. Staff is extremely attentive and you are never left wondering what happened to my waitress/er. The food portions are generous and more importantly everything is cooked perfectly.

Ordered takeout yesterday. Drove 10 minutes on my 30 min lunch to pick it up and when i got back to work to use my last few minutes to eat i took one bite of my eggs Benedict to find mold on my english muffins. I called and they wanted to give me a credit to use there another time.Instead i asked for a refund (because honestly why would i go back) So they refunded me for my Benedict but not the side of bacon with it. Wait, really? I drove all the way there because i was craving eggs Benedict and never got to eat a lunch yesterday because someone was too lazy to just throw it out ( i mean cmon theres no way someone didnt notice that as it was covered) I wasnt going to leave a bad review until i found out they still charged me for the 5 dollars of bacon. (that was way overcooked)I didnt get to eat lunch yesterday, but im so glad you got you 5 dollars 👌🏻

Coffee is amazing, the service is friendly and fast. There is a mom and son that work there and they are always so nice.

My husband's go to is the poutine and eggs, his favorite. I like to try different things and love getting a grilled muffin for while we wait for our plates. Super friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere make this a frat weekend breakfast spot. They do take out too, for when they're swamped and you can't get a seat for awhile.

This IS Main Street USA. Quaint little town where many locals and regulars come for breakfast and/or lunch. The portions are huge. The food is very good and the staff are all great friendly people. Stools at the counter and spacious booths throughout. You can't go wrong with a stop at the English Muffin.

I skipped school once to come here, best decision of my life. School is about a 3/10 on the 10 point scale, but The English Muffin is a 10/10 on the 10 point scale. If you want a solid breakfast and good service to match, this could be your new weekend morning retreat. Still haven't seen a single english muffin yet, not concerned just confused.

Heard a lot about this place finally stopped in for breakfast. I have to say I was very unhappy with it overall. Our server was really nice and efficient. However the food was, let's say, below par. Ordered egg over medium and it came out with the white raw. Also banana filled crepe that tasted like a thick raw tortilla. I don't think they know how to make crepes there. My omelet was meat lovers and granted meat can be salty, but mine was like living in a salt mine for a while. Grits had to be right out of a box, tasteless and undercooked. Pancakes were decent but not fantastic. I asked for water in the beginning and it was the worst. Metallic pipe tasting. Hard to swallow literally and figuratively. Oh and our table was sticky upon being seated. Not worth trying again, sorry. Too grossed out. 2 stars only for the pancakes.

Stopped in for lunch and had a delicious, juicy, perfectly cooked hamburg on a fresh roll with melted cheese topped with a variety of condiments and a side of tasty cole slaw. Lemonade was refreshing.Usually go for their outstanding breakfast menu, but I now know you can also have a quick lunch also. Great breakfast / lunch destination on Main Street across from the Town Hall in Hamptead New Hampshire.

The English Muffin is a long time staple here in Hampstead. Breakfast, Brunch, or Lunch; they are open seven days a week and often the only place to get a good hot cup of coffee before 6am. Like them on Facebook and join their Loyalty Program and get even more value for your money. And the food is delicious.

Great food. You know that the food is going to be great when you start with a really good cup of coffee...best breakfast around. Staff was very attentive and very cheerful.
